Thank you for shopping at the Townhall Media Store. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Continental US): Delivery within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days after processing, available at checkout for an additional fee.

Note: Many of our products are custom printed on demand. Print-on-demand items may require additional processing time of 3 to 7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website and applied automatically at checkout when applicable.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our support team.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to help.
